It is Spring Break time again....all this month.
The time of year where most college students get to relax, forget about school and have fun, and college students are getting ready to go on vacation to the hottest locations and they are also having their hormones fired up.
Needless telling them to abstain, they are going to do it anyway.....
This is the perfect opportunity to reach thousands of students to participate in Safer Sex.
When things get up close and personal, the rule is always "better safe than sorry." If you're new to sex, or getting back into the dating scene after a long-term relationship has ended or it is just for the March Madness then consider your safety, Condoms are a must-have accessory—and when used correctly, they are your best defense against sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). They are also fairly effective at their original role as a contraceptive device.
Remember sometimes fun is only for a little while , you have a future ahead of you so please take the necessary precautions this time.
To properly use a male condom, follow these instructions
When used consistently and correctly, male condoms can be up to 98% effective in preventing the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. But for a condom to work properly, it has to be put on and removed properly.
Time Required: With practice, you can put a condom on in a few seconds.
Here's How:
1.Check the expiration date on the condom.
If you have a condom without an expiration date, do not use it.
2.Carefully open the package.
Watch out for your teeth, sharp nails, rings, or anything you might have on your hands that could damage the condom.
3.Which side is up?
Most condoms only roll on the penis one way. Make sure the resevoir tip (the little pointy hat part) is facing away from your penis before you put it on the tip of the penis.
4.If you are uncircumcised, pull back your foreskin before rolling the condom on.
5.Put the rolled-up condom over the tip of your penis.
You should be able to see or feel the tip, and that there is space for the semen to collect.
6.Pinch the air out of the tip of the condom.
Doing this decreases the chances that the condom will break or burst off when you ejaculate.
7.If you can use both your hands, use them.
With one hand holding onto the condom at the head of your penis, use your other hand to unroll the condom all the way to the base of the penis. Make sure it is rolled all the way down the shaft.
8.Add a little extra lubricant.
If you're not using a pre-lubricated condom, you will probably want to add some water based lubricant to the outside of the condom. Even if you are using a lubricated condom, using extra lubricant increases sensitivity and reduces the chance of a condom breaking.

10.Hold on before you pull out.
After ejaculation you should hold onto the condom at the base of your penis as you pull it out, to make sure it doesn’t slip off.
11.Be considerate, clean up well.
If you're looking to be extra considerate (and in case you have any pets who like to dig through your garbage) you can tie a knot in the condom so none of the contents spills out.
Tips:
1.Putting a few drops of lubricant in the reservoir tip before you roll the condom on your penis can increase sensitivity.
2.Please don't flush your condoms down the toilet.

THE FEMALE CONDOM
A female condom (also known as a femidom) is a device that is used during sexual intercourse as a barrier contraceptive and to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs—such as gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV) and unintended pregnancy. Invented by Danish MD Lasse Hessel, it is worn internally by the receptive partner and physically blocks ejaculated semen from entering that person's body. Female condoms can be used by the receptive partner during anal sex.
The female condom is a thin, soft, loose-fitting sheath with a flexible ring at each end. They typically come in various sizes. For most vaginas, a moderately sized condom is adequate; women who have recently given birth should try a large first. The inner ring at the closed end of the sheath is used to insert the condom inside the vagina and to hold it in place during intercourse. The rolled outer ring at the open end of the sheath remains outside the vagina and covers part of the external genitalia.
HOW TO PUT ON A FEMALE CONDOM
The female condom is a sleeve-like device made of polyurethane. It has a small closed end, and a larger open end. Each end contains a flexible ring. Use this simple step-by-step guide to using female condoms to assure that you are using them properly during vaginal and/or rectal intercourse.
A)Open the Female condom package carefully; tear at the notch on the top right of the package. Do not use scissors or a knife to open.
B)The outer ring covers the area around the opening of the vagina. The inner ring is used for insertion and to help hold the sheath in place during intercourse.
C)While holding the Female condom at the closed end, grasp the flexible inner ring and squeeze it with the thumb and second or middle finger so it becomes long and narrow.
D)Choose a position that is comfortable for insertion – squat, raise one leg, sit or lie down.
E)Gently insert the inner ring into the vagina. Feel the inner ring go up and move into place.
F) Place, the index finger on the inside of the condom, and push the inner ring up as far as it will go. Be sure the sheath is not twisted. The outer ring should remain on the outside of the vagina.
G)The female condom is now in place and ready for use with your partner.
H)When you are ready, gently guide your partner’s penis into the condom's opening with your hand to make sure that it enters properly – be sure that the penis is not entering on the side, between the sheath and the vaginal wall.
I)To remove the Female condom, twist the outer ring and gently pull the condom out.
J)Wrap the condom in the package or in tissue, and throw it in the garbage. Do not put it into the toilet.
Tips:
1.Use care when storing condoms. They should not be kept in places with extreme temperatures either hot or cold. Do not store them in a pocket or billfold.
2.Use a new condom for each act of sexual intercourse. Do not use the same condom for vaginal and rectal sex.
3.Never use a male condom and female condom at the same time.
4.Always use water-based lubricants with condoms. Oil-based lubricants will destroy latex condoms. Lubricants are not needed when condoms are used for oral sex.
5.Never throw a used condom into your toilet, they can easily clog up your pipes and require expensive plumbing repairs
